Chris and Jason are going through the progression of roles an entrepreneur takes on when they start a business and as the company grows. When starting out, you must wear all the hats and do everything from admin to accounting to marketing. Once you begin to grow, you can then hire someone to do the jobs you don't like and concentrate on what you're good at.
