I’m excited to share that there are now four meditation classes available on the @alyte.app Apple app (https://www.alyte.app/). Tomorrow you can join me live to do a pre-recorded meditation class together. For those of you who don’t know, Alyte is the new social fitness app -- it's like having a yoga and meditation studio for friends but on your phone.
