This podcast is about emotions associated with anxiety and how the technique I talk about can get at emotional episodes and stop them. If I have a panic attack, I target the emotion of panic with the technique. In a while that panic sensation diminishes, reduces, it can fade and eventually stop. This does not have to take long.
