Do you celebrate the small things.

Like I know it's a little silly and you might be tired of hearing it from me, but today is Fri-Yay.  And not just Fri-Yay, it's no make bed Fri-Yay!

Yep every Friday I get to wake up and smile a little bit. Doesn't matter what the previous six days were like, on this day, I get to celebrate the fact that I'm alive and I made it to this point. And as crazy is not making my bed is, it is a celebration for me. No matter what my schedule looks like on Friday, I wake up with a smile and I feel like I have accomplished something tiny. Why because I tend to not take the time to celebrate day in and day out.  I tend to work longer, push harder, and grind it out. I actually need to remind myself to celebrate a little more.

So to you, my friends high-fives all around that's right you did it. I did it. We did it. Let's recognize the things worth celebrating in our life. And let's help other people celebrate. Try this today. Give someone a hi-fi. It could be someone you know it could even be a random person at the grocery store. You would be hard-pressed to find someone that doesn't smile while they are giving you a high five. Awkward? Yeah. Pretty cool though, yeah!
