In this episode, host Lauren Debick is joined by PR influencer and entrepreneur, Lauren Salaun as she shares her personal journey with anxiety and depression. 

Lauren experienced anxiety off-and-on since college, but never really got to the root of it until the last couple years. She experienced depression for the first time in 2019, and suffered silently with it for nearly a full year. Lauren shares how both anxiety and depression, are alarms from our body or our soul telling us that something is off and how experiencing both anxiety and depression has helped her realize where she is out of alignment. Lauren explains how depression and anxiety have pushed her towards gratitude, have made her stronger, and what she has learned through this process.
