This is the main topic of the New Testament, preached beginning with John the Baptist, later by Jesus Christ Himself and later yet by all the Apostles and disciples. Salvation alone is not enough, it is part of the bigger picture of the advancing God’s rule or Kingdom everywhere. “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven…” “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you…”

Is the Kingdom of God already on earth or is it going to begin with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ? Is it a spiritual kingdom only, with Christ reigning in believers’ hearts or is it also a physical kingdom? Do we expect things to get worse in the world or better as the Gospel spreads? Is ‘making disciples of all nations’ from the Great Commission doable or impossible? Does it mean some people out of each nation or the whole nation? We hope that you study the Word as a good Berean and that this series would aid in your understanding of the Kingdom and the implications for your life, family, church and nation.
