In this episode Natalie interviews Genna Williams, an Advocacy Intern at The Trevor Project in Bethesda, Maryland. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.
Genna and Natalie are both alumni of the Fund for American Studies (TFAS) Political Journalism Internship Program from June 2016. This is where they met, and they became best friends.
