Doug is a compelling leader, international speaker tying life 101 and humor into his presentation. He has one of the most unique professional backgrounds from the business world to being named State School Principal of the Year in 2017 and Regional POY in 2010 & 17. Previously working in professional sports marketing, then recently getting a sports psychology adviser certification. He works with school districts from Los Angeles to Orlando, colleges Arizona St. to Harvard and Fortune 500 Companies as a consultant and coach.In 2018 Doug has reached near 60,000 students and 60,000 business audiences or consulting gigs in 38 States and 5 Countries. He has done a ton of research and working on a prior of books in 2019.
