In this episode of Give Me A Chance!,  Sylvester shares his story and how becoming aware of how resilient he is as a person gave him a chance to change his life.  After returning from a military mission, Sylvester was faced with a divorce that led him to hit rock bottom.  As he found the strength to hold on and take life one step at a time, Sylvester realised how resilient human beings can be, and how much developing a growth mindset can turn one's life around.
