Things get real 20 minutes in and stay real! Massive respect to the decision to air this episode as it stood. Come for the laughs, don't get any but stay for the excellent decision. 5/5 surprises for your earholes.

A fantastic episode of an otherwise light-hearted show. Joey Clift makes Nick and Heather uncomfortable in the best way, and all white listeners should listen and stew in the discomfort as well. A great opportunity to really confront tokenism and the way that white people have both historically contributed and presently contribute to colonialism and the further othering of minorities, namingly Indigenous peoples (in this case). A really, really great episode and conversation that other podcasts would likely just never air.
