In our childhoods, if we at times grow up by one or more parents not feeling loved, many times as we get into adulthood, we feel that we are not good enough or worthy of love by inflicting self sabotaging habits within. ourselves and our relationships as that is what we were wired to think and all we knew.

This can also lead to us creating friction working ourselves through narcissistic tendencies, more sometimes developing a narcissistic personality disorder. You can re-wire your thoughts and life only if you are committed to change and that only comes with coaching/therapy 💯
