Derek Settlemyre and Riley Cote from Nasty Knuckles podcast join us for this episode! Two of the best guys! Derek was an equipment manager in the NHL for 26 years- with most of that spent as the head equipment manager for the Flyers- following in his dad’s footsteps. Riley played in the AHL and NHL then became the Assistant Coach of the Phantoms.
