Geelong's Concerts Of The Decade series of 17 performances over the years between 2002 and 2010, all in the 1,400-seat Costa Hall, were almost always sold out. Total audiences were more than 20,800. As well as opening each year's Seniors Festival, the concerts celebrated many more events, from Melbourne's hosting the Commonwealth Games to the 50th anniversary of The Beatles - and two historic wins by the Geelong Football Club.
