In this first episode I will take you on a tour of my garden and give you some background of how I got to this point. I will begin by sharing the vegetables that I am currently growing in my raised beds and in a no bed area. I will also share some of the beautiful plants growing in the wildlife area which includes some attractive ornamentals around our pond. I will also briefly introduce our chickens. Look forward to future episodes that will go in more depth about chicken keeping. I will also cover briefly what brought me to my passion for gardening and self sufficiency, including my agricultural background and my family inspiration.
