We are Valley Transit Partners a joint venture made up of Stacy and Witbeck, Flatiron West, and Modern Railway Systems.  Our team brings together some of California’s strongest alternative delivery contractors and nationally recognized systems experts. This team was formed with the purpose of combining the strengths of our firms to provide LA Metro and the communities along the G Line corridor with the expertise necessary to maximize the benefit of their investment in the G Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Improvements project.
