In this episode, I sit down with Spiral, of spiralcircusarts.com, and discuss many topics ranging from her origin story to her use of Visualization to push her career. Spiral is without any doubt one of the founding "Mothers" of the hoop dance explosion of the early 2000's. Although she has taught flow arts, she is best known as a performer. In 2008-09, Spiral attended circus school at NECCA in Vermont to become professionally trained in several circus arts. She is currently based in Berlin, with an upcoming performance contract on the GOP Variete circuit throughout Germany.
