Jon Alexander — author of 'CITIZENS: Why the Key to Fixing Everything is All of Us', Jon explains how to involve people in the decisions that affect their lives as citizens. The co-founder of the New Citizenship Project began his career with a decade in the advertising industry, before making a dramatic change.
