As a leader, systems innovator and change-maker, Denise is a passionate advocate for oral health access and equity, particularly for priority populations. Years of working with diverse teams within various healthcare systems has further inspired her to become a strong advocate for collaborative and supportive relationships within the workplace. Based on the rich tapestry of her experiences, Denise is devoted to promoting psychological safety in the workplace which serves to create the foundation for flourishing environments. She is the Chief Operating Officer of Nation's Dental and is writing a book focused on positive and appreciative perspectives for female leaders in today’s dynamic business world.
