This episode takes a deeper dive inside school curriculum, specifically physical education and expands on the following three areas;

  1. How applicable are the current course materials inside of school based physical education curriculum in today’s climate?
  2. Why the current north star of increasing students heart rates and burning more calories is leading to an inactive society.
  3. The role  of enhanced motor skill competence (skilfulness), perceived competence, and personalised knowledge in promoting physical activity for life.
