“I AM”. In the gospel of John, Jesus introduces us to himself by means of the phrase translated “I am.” Using those two words Jesus not only tells us who He is, but He also tells us what He can do for us and what we can become through Him. So far we have seen that Jesus is the bread of life, the light of the world, and the door. Today we continue in John 10:11-18 and discover what it means when Jesus says, “I am the good shepherd.”
