What is the future of marriage? How has modernity impacted the way younger generations look at traditional notions of relationships and their views on matrimony? And what might all of it say about how marriage will look decades from now?

Dr. Scott Hall is an Associate Professor of Family Studies and Associate Department Chair for the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He is also the former president of the Family Science Association as well as a certified Family Life Educator.

Dr. Hall specializes in the areas of family relations, marriage, and human development. He has written for numerous publications including Journal of Family and Economic Issues, Marriage and Family Review, and Journal of Family Issues. He has also been a contributing author for several books including The Wisdom for Parents; From Parent Educators and Why Fathers Count.
