“You just have to do it, there is no alternatives”

My lovely NZ friend James Is joining me from Glasgow.

He is the founder of the podcast: ‘No politics, just music’  where James invites a guest where they both recommend an album each for the other to listened to before the episode. If you like music, stories about how musicians and  where other fun facts make sure to give it a listen!

In this epsiode we discuss how we met in paradise in Cambodia and James experiences as a solo traveller. James explains how solo travelling is the ultimate freedom. But it comes with great responsibility considering no one will prevent loneliness but you own initiative to put yourself out there into the world.

James have a deep interest in big picture economics and he provides an historical backdrop on some distinct economical changes since WW2. His explanation is clear to follow so do not shy away from it – You might very well get a better understanding of the current times we live in.

We have a brief discussion about crypto and its potential impact on the economics.

It wouldn't be Everyday Discussions without some philosophical undertakings. So In the last part, we discuss the book ‘Man search for meaning’ and the ancient philosophy of stoicism.
