As weddings have (by default) changed this year, the job of wedding vendors has also changed. But it hasn’t changed the fact that you still need your vendors. Especially caterers – you still have to eat! Bustld Co-Founders Ryan & Samie Roberts chatted with Roots Catering Chef Craig Barbour to walk through what wedding catering looks like in the times of smaller weddings.

Chef Craig is the Owner and Executive Chef of Roots Catering and Cafe is a third-generation small business owner with an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2011, Craig started Roots out of a food truck and has quickly grown his business through catering weddings, social and corporate events and his newest venture, Little Fête, a fresh take on a catering alternative born from a pandemic.
