On this weeks episode were looking at work life balance or generally just balance. I dont like the phrase balance because it implies that there are only 2 things at play and they have to be split equally. This is NOT the case for most people and its possibly why we dont feel balanced and why its so hard for us to juggle.

Plate spinning is more apt or juggling. Not balancing.
