Hola chicos!  

This week I wrote how Relaxed Minds Learn Better:
the benefits of relaxation, meditation, or breathing exercises when we are studying or learning a new skill (for example, learning another language).  The post is here, go check it out: https://embodic.com/relaxed-minds-learn-better/  

The conclusion was that we need to implement techniques that help us to relax and rest our body and mind so we can then learn better. Studies proved that whatever we learn in a relaxed, grounded state, will last longer in our minds.

So go ahead, find the thing that makes you feel grounded, rested and relaxed before opening your books.
