Loving and accepting ourselves fully is often times a neglected notion to is. This can be problematic for our success and happiness in life. On the flip side, the potential of the human mind and what it is capable of, increases significantly when we learn to find absolute acceptance and love for ourselves. Acceptance is not giving up, but finding a peace and clarity along the way that allows us to be fully present and effective. When we are fully aware, we are able to access much more of our mind and handle our emotions with ease.
