Our discussion will touch on Eric's experiences and challenges when starting an organization like The Homeland Security Foundation of America; what kind of  individuals are needed to start an non-profit organization and should you have mentors.  We'll talk about the first couple of years, and the struggles he encounters as the executive director. How and what type of Board members should be considered when recruiting board members.
