Practicing self-care can help you feel more in control of your life and boost your confidence.Explore yourself. Take some time to reflect on your values, goals, and what is important to you. Knowing yourself can help you make decisions that align with your true self, which can increase your confidence.Incorporate prayer and/or meditation into your daily routine. These practices can help you connect with a higher power and find inner peace, which can improve self-confidence and self-esteem.Do what feels comfortable to your spirit. Find activities or hobbies that you enjoy and that make you feel good about yourself. Engaging in activities that you enjoy can boost your confidence and help you feel more in control of your life.
