This week Chris made some delicious food for everyone to eat during the podcast although we ended up eating before recording after we stuffed our faces. Chris made some yellow curry coconut steamed mussels, house smoked Pork belly Sliders with Tomato-basil Chutney, and Gorgonzola Gratin with seared, rare beef and topped with some Gorgonzola cheese. all of those things are DELICIOUS and are on Chris’ menu at Ivar’s Acres of Clams in Seattle, WA.
