How’s your relationship with alcohol?

If you’re currently consuming alcohol but aren’t sure whether in fact you want to, or you’re considering changing your drinking habits, this one is for you.

To be clear, in this episode, I do not tell you what to do or think or feel about alcohol, instead I give you the tools to come to your own conclusions based on your own first-hand experience and also how the four different aspects of you - body, heart, mind and soul - all view your consumption of it.

Out the other side of the process I share with you (allow about 40 minutes to complete it fully) you will be crystal clear on what you want to do around alcohol and you’ll have more clarity around alcohol and how it affects you - for better or worse - than you ever thought possible.

I invite you to suspend judgment, the urge to predict or sway any outcome and just go through the process step-by-step as I give it to you.
