I want to tell you on this podcast,

0:02

like the key to creating relationships

0:04

in your life. Like the ones I was

0:06

talking about where I went to Nashville and

0:09

got to interview with all these awesome people,

0:11

be on awesome interviews, go out to dinner

0:13

with incredible people, go listen to live music

0:15

with like some of the most epic people

0:18

that I, it's like, I'm living a pinch

0:20

me life right now and it's because of

0:22

this. Hey

0:29

everyone, welcome back to the show. It's time

0:31

for another quickie because there's always time to

0:34

fit an inspiration. And I just got back

0:36

from Nashville for a week, which

0:38

was absolutely amazing. Let me tell you

0:40

the people there are

0:42

really making me feel like

0:44

I want to move to Nashville. Like I want

0:47

to get a house in Nashville, maybe

0:49

not for all the time. Cause you guys know I am

0:52

a water baby. Like I just need

0:54

to be near the water. My soul,

0:56

like let's just say I'm a different

0:58

person by the water. Nashville is a

1:00

little landlocked. There's some water there, but

1:02

you know, when you know, when you

1:04

know where you're supposed to be in

1:07

your life, like location wise, I'm telling you

1:09

I am meant to be

1:11

by the water. So I will be taking a lot more

1:13

trips there because there is just

1:16

an entrepreneur and girl group there

1:18

that and couples that I

1:21

just loved being

1:23

around. My soul was like

1:26

so incredibly happy being

1:28

in the creative energy of

1:30

Nashville, which is songwriters

1:32

and talent and dreams.

1:35

And I just loved it. There's somewhere called

1:37

the listening room there that if you go

1:39

there, just trust me, like

1:41

don't even, don't even think about it. Put

1:44

it in your agenda. I don't care when

1:46

you're going, make sure you go to the

1:48

listening room. You have to book it. There's

1:51

two different times that you can go. I think it's

1:53

like five 30 and eight 30. Just

1:56

go, trust me, and then DM me and tell

1:58

me about your experience. You're going

2:00

to laugh, you're going to cry. You're

2:02

going to feel so freaking inspired to go and

2:04

do the thing that you want to do, like

2:07

build the dreams. I'm not kidding. I wanted

2:09

to like just start writing country songs with all

2:11

of them. I was so moved

2:13

in every single song that you hear

2:15

essentially. So it's singer songwriters, songwriters who

2:18

write for famous people, songwriters who are

2:20

new. You hear about

2:22

30 to 40 songs in one evening and

2:24

every single one could be a number one

2:27

hit. Like it's crazy to

2:29

think that I may never hear some of

2:31

those on the radio and it makes

2:33

me realize just how much untapped talent is out in

2:35

the world and how much just making

2:37

yourself get in the room with those

2:40

people and get creative

2:42

because the songwriters talk all

2:44

about how it's never, it's usually not

2:46

just written by one person. It's like multiple

2:48

people and they work it out with a

2:50

lot of people in the room and you

2:52

guys, this is what I talk about all

2:54

the time. This is masterminding. This is getting

2:56

together with people in your genre and creating.

2:59

That's what happens when people come together

3:02

to create magic. Truly magic happens and

3:04

you get to go see it

3:07

live. Front row, well maybe

3:09

front row feels like the whole room is front row

3:11

because it's pretty small and you get

3:13

to experience this in a different genre. So

3:16

while I was there, I just met some

3:18

really incredible people. Got to be on some

3:20

podcasts as well, which was so fun. I

3:23

was on Jess Zweig's podcast, Spiritual

3:25

Hustler is the name of hers and

3:27

then I got to be on Caitlin

3:29

Bristow's podcast, which was

3:31

so much fun. Let me tell

3:33

you, she's been on my podcast

3:35

before and we just had

3:38

a great time. So I knew I was going to

3:40

Nashville and reached out to her and got to be

3:42

on her show, which is in person and was an

3:44

absolute blast. Drank some of her

3:46

wine, which she owns a wine company. And

3:48

then got to interview quite a few

3:50

people and I just want to release

3:53

all of my interviews at once because

3:55

that's how excited I am. I

3:57

don't want to wait for them to come out, which unfortunately

3:59

I'm... You guys, I'm literally, it is April

4:01

right now and I am booked all

4:04

the way through November. Like I need

4:06

to chill out. I need to stop

4:08

interviewing people. It's because it's

4:10

such a great way to get to

4:12

know people that it's hard for me

4:15

to be like, like whenever I meet people, I'm always like,

4:17

oh my God, you have to come on the show because

4:19

I know that I'm going to get to know them really

4:21

well in an hour's time. Hey

4:25

y'all. I'm so excited to share with

4:27

you that this podcast, Earn Your Happy

4:29

is now a part of the Growth

4:31

Day podcast network. Truly, this is like

4:33

one of the most exciting things that

4:35

has ever happened to me. I'm telling

4:37

you, I no longer feel like I'm

4:39

doing this alone and I actually get

4:41

to collaborate with the people who host

4:43

the podcast that I'm obsessed with. Like

4:45

that I have been listening to myself

4:47

who inspired me to start a podcast

4:49

who have taught me about

4:51

how to go and do the

4:53

thing. Like the original people who

4:56

got me motivated through listening to their

4:58

podcast. You guys, a bunch of us

5:00

are coming together to bring more growth

5:02

to the world and to support shows

5:05

and brands that we believe in. And

5:07

one of my friends are also on

5:09

this network and I'd love for you

5:12

to go subscribe to their show. You

5:14

guys, I just had Danielle Canty on

5:16

of the Boss Babe podcast. She co-hosted

5:19

with her other amazing co-host and one

5:21

of my friends, Natalie Ellis. You guys,

5:23

you can go check out that

5:25

podcast online. It's episode 9.25 and Danielle

5:28

and I

5:30

talk all about burnout and how that could

5:32

be showing up in your life and most

5:34

importantly, how to prevent it. But I want

5:36

to tell you, if you have not

5:39

been and checked out the Boss Babe

5:41

podcast yet, go subscribe because

5:43

it is one of the largest online

5:45

communities for ambitious women and female entrepreneurs.

5:47

And I know that if you're listening

5:50

to the show, chances are that's probably

5:52

you. You guys, they have 3.6 million

5:55

followers and 380,000 subscribers. The Boss Babe podcast is

6:00

the place where they share real

6:03

behind the scenes of building successful

6:05

businesses, achieving peak performance and learning

6:07

how to balance it all. Most

6:10

of all, you guys, truly these women

6:12

are in my life. Danielle and Natalie

6:14

are people that I text on a

6:17

weekly monthly basis when I'm like, Oh

6:19

my gosh, I feel stuck. What should

6:21

I do? I tune into

6:23

their podcast, you guys to

6:26

learn, even though they're my

6:28

friend, I am still like

6:30

crazy obsessed with this podcast because

6:32

I learned something new every single time

6:34

I listen. It makes me be a

6:36

better podcaster. It makes me be a

6:38

better business woman. It just makes me

6:40

be better and more confident out in

6:42

the world because they're so real and

6:44

raw. And I can tell you that

6:46

in the moments where I have had

6:49

horrible days, down days, I've either gone

6:51

listen to this podcast or I've texted

6:53

them because these are the people who

6:55

truly get it. You want to listen

6:57

to the people who are walking in

6:59

the same footsteps that you are. You guys

7:01

go check out the boss babe podcast. You're not

7:03

going to be sorry. And it's just

7:06

going to like make you waste murder and you're going

7:08

to have way more fun. So go check it out.

7:13

I'm back. I'm super recharged. I'm so

7:15

excited about my company. I'm so excited

7:17

about Glosi right now. You guys like

7:19

I'm excited that I have new challenges

7:21

and new problems to solve. Cause let

7:24

me tell you, selling

7:26

a product every single day is freaking

7:28

challenging. Like I went from launching

7:30

different things, you know, every couple

7:32

months to literally having

7:34

to make sales every single day in

7:37

my life. When I say I am

7:39

in a new arena, I am in

7:41

a new arena. I'm having conversations with

7:44

people, new people, new networks at warp speed.

7:46

Cause I'm like girlfriend. We got to learn

7:48

this game and we got to learn it

7:50

fast. So I'm excited about that. I'm also

7:53

excited just for all of you who have

7:55

tried it and who are on subscription. Let

7:57

me tell you how important subscription.

8:00

is not only for the products so

8:02

people can really experience all of the

8:04

incredible results, which you guys, the results

8:06

are insane. Go to getglocie.com and read

8:08

some of the reviews. Stay

8:10

on this product. If you were on it, stay

8:12

on this product because I'm telling you, we spent

8:15

so much money on putting this

8:17

probiotic and these skin ingredients in

8:19

there because we wanted them to

8:21

work. So we went with fewer

8:23

ingredients because we didn't want what the

8:26

industry calls a fairy dusting to

8:28

be able to put it on the label

8:30

and say that it does X, Y, and

8:32

Z. We wanted the amount of ingredient in

8:35

there to be a game-changing amount. If

8:38

you check out the clinical studies

8:40

that this probiotic has on it,

8:42

it is insane what it's doing

8:44

for female athletes and what

8:47

it's doing for repair and what

8:49

it's doing for your immune system

8:51

and what it's doing for body composition. This

8:54

was formulated out of all of the

8:57

results that we got from surveying everyone. Not

8:59

just what we wanted, but also I

9:01

surveyed over 5,000 women. The

9:05

main objectives were that they wanted to feel

9:07

lighter and they wanted to look better. I'm

9:09

like, how can we do this? How

9:11

can we make this a beauty and

9:14

wellness product? What does it mean that

9:16

they want to feel lighter? We really

9:18

dug into that and people felt like

9:20

they weren't digesting their food properly. They

9:22

felt like they were bloated. They just

9:24

didn't feel good in their bodies and

9:26

they also wanted to be drinking more

9:28

water and have glowy skin. I'm

9:31

like, yes, ladies, yes.

9:33

This is me too. That's

9:37

why we went hard on

9:39

focusing on skin and gut

9:42

because we wanted this packet

9:44

of hydration formula

9:46

to do more. I literally feel like

9:48

I'm a girl standing in front of

9:50

a hydration packet saying, do more.

9:53

I looked down at my hydration packet that

9:55

I was drinking one day before glowsy And

9:57

I was like, why is this just really expensive?

10:00

Salt and sugar with maybe a few

10:02

vitamins And here are like I want

10:04

us to actually do something for me

10:07

where I see resolve, not just like

10:09

hey, i think this is hydrating mean

10:11

I'm spending you know, forty something dollars

10:13

or fifty something dollars on the package

10:16

of something that I don't actually know

10:18

if it's working or not and it

10:20

might be making me feel bloated because

10:22

it's too salty. So that's why we

10:25

did. this company buys and I couldn't

10:27

be more excited about it right now.

10:30

And if you want to try it you

10:32

guys there is Code Hobby for fifteen percent

10:34

off to go to getcozy.com and go check

10:36

that out. It's code happy Trust me. Just

10:39

go try it. put your thirty days and

10:41

and see how you feel And if you

10:43

want to you guys I am collecting before

10:45

and after pictures of the thirty days and

10:48

then of the sixty days and of ninety

10:50

days. and if you purchase the product will

10:52

let you know that there are incentives along

10:54

the way to go and not only leave

10:56

a review but to send in those pictures

10:59

you get some super. Cool incentive so

11:01

go grab her glossy also.

11:03

I want to tell you on this

11:05

podcast like the key to creating relationships

11:08

in your life like and the ones

11:10

I was talking about where I went

11:12

to national In.to interview with all these

11:14

awesome people beyond awesome interviews. go out

11:16

to dinner with incredible people, go listen

11:18

to live music. was like some of

11:20

the most epic people they are. It's

11:22

like I'm living a pinch me life

11:24

right now and it's because of this.

11:26

This is what I wanted to take

11:28

away from this podcast. Be

11:30

the great aggregator of.

11:33

Yours. On Raw. Be the great

11:35

aggregator of the genre your and so

11:37

you guys If you just are, you

11:40

know if you just thought into. The.

11:42

Products Space if you are in the

11:44

courses space during the personal development space

11:47

of your in the podcast space. Get

11:49

people together. I don't care how you have

11:51

to do it, I don't Europe and starts

11:53

on a zoom and you say hey, do

11:56

want to get together once a month. I.

11:58

Will manage it all. I

12:00

will send the invites. I will work hard. I will

12:03

get rejected in order to make sure we have at

12:05

least four to five people on this call once a

12:07

month where we all go around and we say what

12:09

we need and we help each other out as much

12:11

as we can. Now I want to

12:14

tell you some next level stuff. Some of you are not ready

12:16

for this, but this is where you need to go. You

12:18

need to work really hard to add

12:20

value to the people in your space

12:23

and get them together for free. So

12:25

whether that means, hey, I'm going to

12:28

travel to Nashville and I'm going to

12:30

book a dinner that I pay for

12:32

all by myself to get

12:34

these three to five to 10 women

12:36

or people together who are all podcasters

12:38

because I know that if I get

12:40

them all to meet and I pay

12:42

for that dinner that I'm going to

12:44

be someone that they think about when

12:47

something that I need comes up or

12:49

when an opportunity comes up. And

12:51

this is next level you guys, this isn't going to be for all

12:53

of you and where you're at right now. But

12:55

if you want to do some next level stuff in your

12:57

life, if you want to build your career out, if you

13:00

want a next level network, these are the things that you're

13:02

going to have to do. And

13:04

now it doesn't have to cost money. Maybe when

13:06

you're, when you travel somewhere, okay, so that'll cost

13:08

money or maybe it is in your town. Maybe

13:10

you do live somewhere like a Chicago, a Nashville,

13:13

a New York, a California, or maybe you

13:15

do have some hustlers in your small town. Like

13:18

go get them together, get together on a walk,

13:20

get together at a coffee shop. But the next

13:22

level is to just take a little bit of

13:24

cash and pay for a dinner

13:26

and say, you know what, it's on me.

13:28

I want to get you guys all together. I

13:30

know how important it is for everyone in an

13:33

industry to be meeting up and sharing ideas

13:35

and helping each other out. Don't

13:37

expect anything out of it either. Like

13:39

when you go into it as just wanting to

13:41

add value to these people's lives and get them

13:44

together, that is where you are

13:46

going. The law of reciprocity

13:48

is created within that experience

13:50

that you did for them. They will think of

13:52

you and whether the payback is in a month

13:55

or whether it's in a year, I promise

13:57

you that it will eventually Pay.

14:00

You. Back in that is that like mixers,

14:02

you upload while you're there. Make sure you

14:04

get free content, make sure it looks like

14:06

you. The person who gets all of these

14:08

people together. Don't waste the moment. You have

14:10

to take the fifteen minutes we used to

14:12

call back in the daily fifteen minutes of

14:14

fame. like yeah, you know why you can

14:16

work your ass off and get a magazine

14:18

covers but so many women I know got

14:20

magazine covers who did nothing with that. You

14:22

have to be the person A market it

14:24

you have to talk about. You have to

14:26

you that in your pitches you have to

14:28

use that in order to get. In on

14:30

stage you have to use.fifteen minutes you have

14:32

to share about it over and over and

14:34

over and over and that's what you have

14:36

to do. You're gonna put when a nice

14:38

to other see days I'm sending you so

14:40

much love. I appreciate you more than I

14:42

can tell you. I literally it would mean

14:44

the world's me if you don't purchase glossy

14:46

and let me know and love to hear

14:48

what you think and I'd love to see

14:50

it in your community. Let me know Hi

14:52

can support your community with glossy So until

14:55

next time everyone earn your happy. Hey

15:08

all am so excited! Share with you,

15:10

earn your happy is now part of

15:12

Gross A podcast network. A bunch of

15:14
