This week we will be talking about a very special topic that is often overlooked: the Indigenous Peoples around the world - their long struggle for legal recognition and ongoing strive to have that recognition adequately enforced. 

Eva and Elena will give you some historical and legal insights regarding the lives of Indigenous Peoples all around the world. Moreover, they will discuss the current struggles of indigenous people and thus, they will be joined by an absolute expert on the topic, Medes Malaihollo, a Ph.D. researcher at the University of Groningen who is researching the legal aspects of lives of indigenous Peoples.
