Dr. Jaynarayan VyasA graduate Civil Engineer from M. S. University Jay Narayan Vyas is Engineer by training. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers and holds Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from IIT, Mumbai.

With Post Graduate qualifications in Management, he also holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in the same Discipline and a Degree in Law.

Shri Vyas recognized as eminent thinker on Public Administration, Economics and Finance has also been a public life functionary for last over 25 years (1990-2016).
