Ladies, I'm so pumped because on today's episode release I had the honor of chatting with my good friend Jessica Brown!

Jessie Brown is a registered nurse with twenty years experience in the critical care hospital setting. Having worked across the globe as a travel nurse, she has been a lifelong student of both Western and Eastern medicine. She began studying yoga and meditation nine years ago and has now fully integrated it into her practice of holistic healing. Jessie earned a 200-hour YTT certification in Vinyasa Yoga and is certified in  Trauma Informed Yoga and BodySense.  She studies Yoga Nidra Meditation with Jana Roemer and earned her certification through a sixty-hour course.  She is Co-Founder and Board Member of the non-profit, Worthy Beyond Purpose with the mission to transform the world through mindfulness and meditation practices.  Across Los Angeles, Jessie teaches public yoga and meditation classes at several studios, including the Yoga Nest, SoulPlay, and Ecole Claire Fontaine School in Venice.  She volunteers at A Place Called Home after school youth center, Santa Monica YMCA and the LAFD.  She created and co-led the Yoga Nidra Meditation Retreat, Root to Rise, held in Treasure Beach, Jamaica last March and uses her holistic medical background to guide others through transformative workshops.
