Challenging the notion of ‘I think therefore I am’, of course through affirmations or more modernly ‘fake it till you make it’ we can become what we manifest but what about negative thoughts? What about the constant chatter in our head that is 60-70% fearful, nervous, problematic and pessimistic... are we those thoughts? No. But much like an affirmation, if you see it in your minds eye enough your daily actions will become an extension of them.
