An update from Jon Steinman about his latest initiative that is looking for your support through a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.
Across the USA and Canada, communities are realizing that the most effective way to respond to the handful of grocery giants controlling the food supply is to become a co-owner in their neighborhood grocery stores.
This campaign will support the development and writing of the book Grocery Story: The Promise of Food Co-ops in the Age of Grocery Giants.
By supporting this project, you are effectively pre-ordering a copy of the book! Just like Community Supported Agriculture, this campaign is Community Supported Authorship! We anticipate a Spring 2019 book publication through New Society Publishers.
