As a psychologist, I work with women facing a variety of challenges in their lives. I create a safe, supportive environment in which each client can explore their concerns, beliefs, and hopes for the future. My passion is to empower clients by helping them to recognise their inner strengths and leveraging these strenghts to face challenges and fears head-on so that they can create the kind of life they deeply desire.This podcast is a recorded version of my blog.I record my blog to make them more accessible to everyone. My aim with the blog is to make information surrounding mental health, disabilities, parenting, relationships and self-care more widely, and easily, available.
