Five days after missing a scheduled meeting with a local real estate agent, witnesses spot Russell's car on a back road leading to Cole's Pond, near the Danville-Walden town line. The abandoned car is stuck in the mud and has no trace of Russell, aside from blood found in the passenger seat and trunk of the car.
