There's a lot of misinformation out there. Celebrities are sharing unvalidated health routines with exaggerated claims on social media and some consumers buy into it because it's easier to trust an authority figure or someone you know than to do the research yourself. 

Everyone knows they need proper nutrition but they don't know where to begin. 

Caloric deficit combined with Strength training and cardio exercises are a great combo for fat loss.
