James is a long term investor in the stock market and has moved into real estate investment through "forced appreciation" or massively improving or re-developing some of his real estate holdings to maximize its value.

Together James and David started Urban Elevation Group a development company that focuses its effort on identifying inner city lots, purchasing and developing these lots into 2-4 unit apartment building to create cash flow and equity.
