Kim Murphy is a Certified Plant-Based Health Coach and is the founder of Simply Plant Based Kitchen. Her journey started when her father passed away due to Alzheimer’s. When she learned that all chronic diseases were preventable with food, she committed herself to eat a whole food plant-based diet.
