This is my first episode of my life podcast. This series will be A little bit about my past, growing up in a poor house-hold, when I finally figured out there was more to life than working a 9-5, and last but not least; the new self development habits I am re-training my brain to do to better my health and my life style as well as make me a better performer when it comes to my company. We will go over in great detail so many things that have worked, and not worked for me. I will be making references to my indirect mentors that have played a key role in my success. The only thing that I would recommend you do while tuning into my podcast is follow my instructions to the T and I promise you that changes will start to happen inside you. In your life, In your relationships, in your business, and most importantly your bank account. I will never recommend something that I personally don't do, or have not done in the past. and you will never hear me say something that I don't know for a fact is something real, and legit. that being said the topic of this particular episode is about dopamine detoxing, the method of taking a break from any and everything that releases the chemical known as dopamine in the brain for at the minimum 24 hrs. This resets your receptors to make less pleasurable things (that need to be done more than the things that you want to get done) seem more beneficial and release enough dopamine that your mind thinks it is something worth doing. In turn releasing smaller doses of dopamine that react as though they are just as good as the things your used to doing, releasing higher amounts of the dangerous chemical . this will give you motivation to do the little things 90% of the population procrastinates to get done.
