In this episode, I talk with Sa’ed Al-Olimat.

He is the founder of PsiloHealth, co-founder and Board Director of the Psychedelic Pharmacists Association, and a community pharmacy manager at CVS. 

In our conversation, we talk about Sa’ed’s many roles in the psychedelic space, including founding Psilohealth, an organization dedicated to education, legislation, and integration of psilocybin-supported care and his role in the Psychedelic Pharmacists Association (PPA), while also being a community pharmacy manager.

We discuss how Sa’ed’s success in the field blossoms from past psychedelic experiences and the challenges to integrating them, and how it influenced his curiosity in psychedelics and led him to create and join many psychedelic organizations.

Sa’ed gives us insight into his educational background in pharmacy at Duquesne University.

Finally, Sa’ed reflects on the future role of specialty pharmacies in psychedelic care and the need for community systems of care.
