How strong are you to ask for help?We are not superhuman, we need help every once in a while.  But sometimes it can be hard to ask, for a variety of reasons.  If you aren't ready, there are options to get comfortable.  
How do you respond when life throws a curve-ball and your plans get out of whack?Being prepared with a plan B is an option, but not always possible.  Changing your mindset and stressing less will help you continue to move forward.
