Most people are familiar with deep-fried Oreos and Twinkies. Both are fried desserts that are popular at fairs and carnivals. But what is the difference between the two? Deep-fried Oreos are made by dipping Oreo cookies in batter and then frying them. This creates a crispy outer shell with a soft, gooey center.
