This podcast is based on actual events, no names were used to protect the guilty !! The actual events showed several breakdowns in standard operating procedures by local law enforcement and also indicates how local and state laws need revision to reflect the many many drug deaths that are misclassified and/or never properly investigated because of the stigma placed on drug addiction.
