In 1971 and 1972, 6 black girls were abducted and murdered in the Washington D.C. area, the killer was dubbed "The Freeway Phantom" because of their use of the freeway to get in and get out. 52 years later, there are no witnesses, no leads, and the serial killer has remained unidentified.
