I read a quote that said, "Sometimes it's better to find the courage to fight than the strength to run."  Both sound tough - and they are.  In this show, my guest, professional fighter, Patrick Hutton, faced that decision.  After 20 years of fighting he now faces the fight of his life and opens up about what it means to let go of stigmas and talk about mental illness as a result of being an athlete. His courage is inspiring and brought me to tears. I hope this show blesses you as much as it did me.
