Words are energy, and without awareness this energy is “absorbed” by our body and mind, affecting our wellbeing and mental health. Globally, anxiety and depression are on the rise, reinforced through fear-based words used by media and politics to name a few. However, with conscious choice we can begin to use words which raise both our frequency as well as the frequency of others with whom we communicate.
