In Love with Your Mobile Phone.  The entire world is having an addiction to Phones, Mobile, internet etc.  An average person spends not less than 8 hours on phone. Out of which only 2 hrs would be Work. Rest would be in order to work.......we keep on browsing endlessly. A life without Mobiles to a Life where you don't find any human without a mobile. A complete shift of Lifestyle, which is not bad though but is uncontrolled. Unknowingly few most important moments of your Life  could not be cherished & lived as you were busy  on mobile. 

Do anything for 2 hrs daily which keeps away from mobile & realise that you always have ample time to do want you want to do!!!!!!!

It can be anthying  singing, drawing, gardening, meditation, cycling, cooking, anything which is therapeutic & even a simple walk in the woods with your loved ones,
